Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. International delivery takes 7–14 working days, depending on location.

Shipping Costs

Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We may offer free delivery for orders over a stated value this will be shown clearly during purchase

Delivery Process

We use trusted carriers. Once your order is sent, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

International Orders

For deliveries outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees these are not included in our price or shipping cost.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date at thewildwolfcompany01@gmail.com. We will resolve this with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
